The State of Rhode Island is instructing hotels, realtors, and others involved in hospitality and real estate transactions to:

Read this information: Letter Regarding Visitors to Rhode Island;
Inform your guests/clients of Rhode Island’s travel-related requirements to quarantine (unless they have been tested), and ask them to sign this Certificate of Compliance (also available at reopeningri.com) at the time of signing any lease, rental agreement, deed, or purchase agreement;
Retain a copy of all Certificates of Compliance for 30 days;
Provide the attached information about At-Home Quarantine and Self-monitoring (y en español), also available at https://health.ri.gov/publications/factsheets/COVID19-At-Home-Quarantine.pdf; and
We also ask for your cooperation in ensuring that such persons report any applicable self-quarantines to the Rhode Island Department of Health via the RIDOH website.
