License Verification

Need a License Verification submitted to another State for purposes of licensing or to an employer for purposes of employment, log into your account here - in the upper left-hand corner, click the 3 lines (also known as the Hamburger Icon) - Credentials - under Actions, click "License Validation." A $25 processing fee is required.

If you did not Register your new account in the new licensing system, that was launched on November 3, 2025, you must Register a new account at the following link: here.

Notify the Board via email to Dawne Broadfield that you submitted a License Verification request. If the other state has a preferred form, include the form in the email.

You will receive an email notification from the Board when it is processed.
