License Verification

November 7, 2025.  The Department of Business Regulation is in the process of deploying a * NEW* licensing system.

Currently, the new public license look-up feature is not operational yet.

During this time, if you need information regarding a licensee, please email the Division by clicking on the appropriate email link below.

Need a License Verification submitted to another State for purposes of licensing or to an employer for purposes of employment, log into your account here - in the upper right-hand corner, click "ONLINE SERVICES" - under "Activities" - click "License Verification." A $25 processing fee is required.

Notify the Board via email to Dawne Broadfield that you submitted a License Verification request. If the other state has a preferred form, include the form in the email.

You will receive an email notification from the Board when it is processed.
