What We Do

DBR’s Office of Cannabis Regulation is chiefly responsible for oversight of the state’s medical marijuana and industrial hemp programs and the primary entity in the Executive Branch responsible for coordinating and executing policy and programmatic objectives related to cannabis in Rhode Island.
