Residential Solar Energy Disclosure and Homeowners Bill of Rights Act, 2024 P.L. Ch. 67 & 68 Pursuant to the recently-enacted Residential Solar Energy Disclosure and Homeowners Bill of Rights Act, 2024 P.L. Ch. 67 & 68, the Department of Business Regulation will begin licensing retailers, sales representatives, and other entities involved with the sale or lease of residential solar energy systems on March 1, 2025. The Department is currently preparing regulations and guidance necessary to implement the provisions of this Act. Data "Affiliated transfers" means the transfer of cannabis products in vertically integrated licensed Compassion Centers (licensed cannabis retail operations with their own licensed cannabis cultivations). Affiliated transfers do not typically have costs associated to them. "Unaffiliated transfers" means products sold from one licensed facility to another.
