Information regarding non-profit corporations registered with the RI Secretary of State can be accessed via the state business registry at sos.ri.gov/divisions/business-services/search-assistance-corporate-database

OCR will issue these licenses through a fair and transparent lottery-based licensure process established in the Rules and Regulations Related to the Medical Marijuana Program Administered by the Department of Business Regulation 230-RICR-80-05-1. See also Compassion Center Application.

Packaging and Labeling Guidance

Packaging and Labeling requirements have an enforcement effective date of 3/14/2025. After that date all Packaging and Labeling requirements must be met for any products sold in RI. Prior to that date, corrective actions may be issued.
